Ingredients

150g Vitacress Lettuce Mix • 20g chicory • 20g endive • 50g coriander leaves • 30g shallots • 5g garlic • 100ml Cortes de Cima Extra Virgin Olive Oil • 50g lemon • 20g Dijon mustard • 10ml red wine vinegar • Salt and pepper

Method

Chop the shallots and wash the greens • Make the dressing by mixing the olive oil with the vinegar, lemon juice, mustard, salt and pepper and the crushed garlic • Season immediately before serving
