Ingredients

• 1 stuffed pork loin (Apolónia’s “Straight in
  the Oven” range, approx 1.6kg)
• 3 sweet potatoes
• 2 red onions
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 pack Florette gourmet salad

Method

Follow the instructions on the stuffed pork loin pack • Apolónia’s butcher has a range of prepared meats, ensuring you don’t have to worry about seasoning, marinades or recipes • Everything comes ready prepared, so all you have to switch on your oven, and follow the instructions provided • Wash the sweet potatoes and chop the onions into eighths, seasoning with a drizzle olive oil • Roast at the same time as the meat • Remove the roasted meat from the over and pour the juices over the sliced sweet potatoes and onions • Accompany with the green salad dressed with a little olive oil
