Sausage Kebabs With Sweet Pepper

Ingredients
6 Apolónia sausage kebabs • ½ red pepper, seeds removed • 1 baked red pepper • 2 garlic cloves, crushed • 1 tbsp grated ginger • 1 tsp honey • 2 tbsp soy sauce • 4 tbsp lemon juice • 1 shallot • 1 tbsp fresh mint • 1 tbsp fresh coriander
Method
Grill under an electric grill or over charcoal for 8 to 10 minutes • Mix together the roasted red pepper (chopped), the garlic, the grated ginger, the honey, the soy sauce, the lemon • Chop the shallot, the raw pepper and the herbs, and mix with the marinade • Drizzle over the hot kebabs • Serve with the garlic and thyme roast new potatoes
