Lip Smacking BBQ

Ingredients

4 marinated pork cutlets (in-store butcher) • 4 meatballs with herbs and bacon (in-store butcher) • 4 large potatoes • 1 large courgette • 1 pack “Meggle” baguette with herb butter • 1 pack of fresh baby corn • 30ml “Lea & Perrins” Worcestershire sauce • 80ml “Heinz” ketchup • 50ml “Laura” balsamic vinegar • 50ml “Cortes de Cima” olive oil • 35ml “Vertmont” maple syrup • Assorted “Beantree” Braai BBQ-Spices • Rock salt (sal grosso)

Method

Wash and cook the potatoes in salted water until almost ready • Cool and half • Cook the baby corn for 5 minutes in salted water • Leave to cool • Wash and cut the courgette and marinate in some olive oil and rock salt • Heat up all the liquids together and whisk well to make a bbq marinade • Grill the pork pieces, vegetables and potatoes • Season with rock salt and barbecue spices, brushing from time to time some marinade over the meat • Bake the baguette in a preheated oven • Add friends, a couple of beers and enjoy!
