Yoghurt and Chive Sauce

Ingredients
½ pack Phoenicia fresh cheese (250g) • 1 Milram natural yoghurt • 20g chives • Juice of 1 small lemon • Salt • Freshly ground black pepper
Method
Mix the cheese and yoghurt in a bowl, seasoning with the lemon juice, salt and pepper • Finely chop the chives and add to the mixture • Mix well
