Rosemary & Bacon Roasts

Ingredients

Vitacress New Potatoes 500g • 1 Bag rosemary • 20 Slices bacon • Flor de Sal w/pepper Maria Monte • Olive Oil - Terras de Portugal, unfiltered

Method

Cook the potatoes in salted boiling water until ready • Half the potatoes, season with flor de sal and wrap them with fine rosemary leaves and bacon slices • Roast them in a non-stick tray until golden brown
