Aromatic Thyme and Rosemery Oil
Information
Herbs like rosemary, thyme, sage, tarragon, chives, dill, mint and parsley are wonderful for making flavoured oils at home.
Method
Take a glass jar or glass bottle and fill it with extra virgin olive oil or sunflower oil • Add fresh herbs, for example, a sprig of rosemary and thyme • Crush three cloves of garlic and add one fresh or dried red chilli pepper • Seal the glass jar and store at room temperature • After 1-2 weeks the oil should be infused with the flavour of the herbs
