Orange-Whisky Truffles

Ingredients

100g Lindt 70% Cocoa Dark Chocolate, broken up into pieces • 100g Green & Black’s Maya Gold Bittersweet Dark chocolate with Orange and Spices • 150ml whipping cream • 3 tablespoons whisky • 120g icing sugar • Orange zest • A few tablespoons of Green & Black’s Cocoa Powder, to roll the truffles in

Method

Melt both chocolates in a bowl set over a pan of hot water • Stir until smooth • Leave to cool a little • Beat cream and whiskey with a metal whisk till consistently thick • Stir the icing sugar gently into the melted chocolate, and carefully add the orange zest • Leave the mixture to cool down in the fridge until it feels firm • Remove from the fridge • Dust your hands with cocoa powder and form small balls • Dip the balls into rest of the powder and store in the fridge – for a maximum of 3 days
