Chocolate Muffins

Ingredients
90g dark chocolate • 150g unsalted butter • 160g flour • 160g sugar • 1 vanilla pod • 1 tsp baking powder • 5 eggs • Pinch of salt
Method
Preheat the oven to 180ºC • Melt the chocolate and butter in a bain-marie • Whisk the eggs with the salt and vanilla seeds until creamy • Mix the flour with the baking powder and fold into the creamy mixture • Once fully mixed, blend in the melted chocolate and butter • Divide into the paper cases or silicon heart shapes (available in store) and decorate with cereal flakes • Bake for 20 minutes
