Ingredients
1 pack “Beretta” Salamini • 1 pack “La Palma” cherry tomatoes • 1 pack “Galbani St. Lucia” Mini-Mozzarella • 1 pack “Heinz” Pasta Sauce • 6 bread mini bread rolls with Reypenaer cheese (in-store bakery) • 1 pack organic hamburger meat (pre-packed, available opposite the in-store butcher) • 4 sausages with herbs (in-store butcher) • 15ml “Quinta do Carmo” olive oil • 3-4 sweet potatoes • 2 “Dulze” heart lettuces • 2 bananas • 10 strawberries • 1 mango • 1 jar “Wicked” chocolate sauce
Method
Wash and cook the potatoes in salted water till ready • Peel later on; cut into slices and pan sauté in olive oil till golden brown • Peel and dice/slice the fruit, and skewer onto sticks • Wash and half the tomatoes and mini mozzarellas and skewer onto sticks • Mix the hamburger meat with the pasta sauce. Form into small burgers and grill • Create the burgers, with the bread, lettuce and meat, adding a burger sauce of your choice or a drizzle of olive oil • Heat up the chocolate sauce and serve all on a big platter or tray
