Ingredients
2 pack raspberries • 6 dessert spoons brown demerara sugar • 1 jar “Wicked” chocolate sauce • 5 pears • 2 teaspoons “Davidoff” Espresso 57 • 2 packs “Border” Crumbles cookies • 1 pack “Jus Rol” Shortcrust pastry • Mint
Method
Roll out the pastry and bake blind in a cake tin for 15 minutes at 190°C • Wash, peel and cut the pears, first into quarters and then into slices • “Marinate” in sugar, coffee powder and raspberries and the fill the pastry base • Sprinkle all over with crushed crumbles cookies and bake for around 20 minutes at 170°C • Serve with hot chocolate sauce
