Ingredients

2 packs (600g) frozen raspberries - Crops • 1 pack pink icing sugar - Nutry • 200 ml cream - Milram • 50 ml low fat milk - Becel Pro Activ • 1 jar wild hibiscus flowers in syrup – Kikapu Ltd • Dark Truffle Hearts - Godiva • Rose water - The English Provender Co. • Marzipan

Method

Blend the slightly defrosted raspberries with the cream and milk • Strain quickly through a sieve • Pour into cups of your choice and place in the freezer • Knead the marzipan with a little rose water and half of the icing sugar, roll out very thin • Cover the cups with the marzipan • Decorate with chocolate hearts and hibiscus flowers
