Strawberry Coconut Tumbler

Ingredients
1 can of Koala Coconut milk • 3 Gelatine Sheets “Ramazotti” • Fresh Strawberries • Icing Sugar • Lindt Milk Chocolate • Fresh Mint leaves • Fresh Lemon
Method
Wash and cut the strawberries • Heat up the coconut milk and add the melted gelatine sheets (softened for 5 minutes in cold water) • Store in the freezer to cool • Dress the strawberries with some very finely cut mint leaves and dust with a little icing sugar • Place them in a tumbler and keep very cool • Add icing sugar and fresh lemon juice to the coconut cream and pour this over the strawberries • Top the tumbler contents with grated chocolate and top with a few mint strawberries • Garnish with fresh mint • For an adult version, why not add a touch of “Batida de Coco” liqueur to the coconut cream
