Ingredients
2 packs of Vahiné moelleux mix, 600 g • 6 eggs • 240g butter • 600ml fresh whipped cream • Icing sugar • 1 vanilla pod • 2 handfuls mixed berries
Method
In a large bowl mix the Vahiné moelleux mix with the eggs and butter • Divide the mixture into three round cake tins and bake for 30-35 minutes in an oven preheated to 190ºC • Once cooked, remove from the oven and the tins and leave to cool • Meanwhile beat the cream, icing sugar and the vanilla pod until thick • Creating a three-tiered cake, take the first layer and spread with the cream mixture, adding some berries • Top with the second cake and spread again with cream, plus berries • Add the final cake and decorate with more cream, mint and a few berries
